Important Information

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from approximately 1:00 pm. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, please let us know in advance.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am at the latest. All prices are per person, per day and include half board.

As there has been an increase in last-minute cancellations in recent years, we kindly ask for your understanding that a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made at short notice.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This will provide you with appropriate cover in the event of a cancellation and help avoid any potential inconvenience.

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of your stay are free of charge.
For cancellations made up to 15 days before the start of your stay, we charge 50% of the total booking price.
For cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before the start of your stay, we charge 70% of the total booking price.
For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the total booking price or the full half-board rate.

You can pay for your stay in cash, by debit card or bank transfer. Credit card payments are not accepted.
We kindly ask you to pay for drinks and extras in cash whenever possible.

All prices are quoted in euros and are per person, per day, including half board.

From early May to the end of October, arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. For short stays of 1 to 3 nights, a surcharge of €5.00 per person, per day applies from May to October.

The local tourist tax is €2.90 per person, per day for guests aged 14 and over.

Your four-legged friends are welcome to stay with us. Please let us know when making your enquiry if you will be bringing a dog, and remember to bring a dog blanket and basket.

Please note that dogs are not permitted in the outdoor pool, sunbathing lawn, sun terrace, indoor pool or sauna area.

A final cleaning fee of €21.00 per dog applies.

All rooms are non-smoking. Please understand that we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor when you make a booking. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your preferences.

For short stays, we cannot guarantee a specific room type.
